Job Overview:
In this role, under the supervision of the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Deputy Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging communications to enhance private partnerships both in France and internationally. You will also create tools that highlight ACF's offerings to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Communication Department to propose, develop, and monitor promotional actions or materials for the service. You will develop cross-cutting partnership offers for the Deputy Director and contribute to the management and capitalization of the service's activities. Additionally, you will manage and supervise the activities of an intern, ensuring that all projects align with the organization's goals and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Communication Department to propose and develop promotional actions or materials for the service.
  • Develop cross-cutting partnership offers for the Deputy Director.
  • Contribute to the management and capitalization of the service's activities.
  • Manage and supervise the activities of the intern.
  • Analyze data and performance indicators to formulate relevant recommendations for the evolution of offers and activities.
  • Conduct studies and benchmarks to support project development.
  • Foster relationships with diverse stakeholders and facilitate communication among them.
  • Design high-value communication materials using digital and office tools.

  • Participate in team meetings and collective events as required, ensuring active engagement and contribution to the organization's objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Bac+5 degree (business school, IEP, or specialized master's degree) and have at least 5 years of experience in project management, partnerships, marketing, or institutional communication. A solid background in managing cross-cutting projects involving multiple stakeholders is essential, along with mastery of communication strategies, BtoB marketing, and partnership development. Candidates should be organized, autonomous, and rigorous, with the ability to analyze data and performance indicators effectively. Excellent relational skills are crucial, as is the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and demonstrate initiative.

Educational Background:
A Bac+5 degree is required, which can be obtained from a business school, political science institute (IEP), or a specialized master's program. This educational background should provide the necessary skills and knowledge for effective project management and communication within the context of partnerships.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, particularly in project management, partnerships, marketing, or institutional communication. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders and demonstrate a strong understanding of communication strategies and partnership development.

Languages:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory at a professional level. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not explicitly required.

Additional Notes:
This position is classified as a cadre integrated role with a fixed-term contract (CDD) lasting 18 months and is full-time. The workplace is located in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT. Health coverage and insurance are provided, with 80% of costs covered by ACF. Transportation costs are reimbursed at 50%, and meal vouchers are provided with 60% of their value covered by the organization. Telecommuting is permitted, with a requirement of 4 days per month of in-person attendance, alongside mandatory collective presence for meetings and events.
