Job Overview:
The position of Adjoint.e Chargé.e de Projet plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of the 15th project, participating in the coordination of stakeholders involved in the territory under the supervision of the project manager. The role involves actively contributing to the definition of operational intervention frameworks for the project, updating the mapping of local actors and project partners, and supporting the framing of activities and monitoring tools/methodologies. Additionally, the position requires participation in drafting funding requests and contributing to the deployment of project activities. This includes supporting the development and consolidation of partnerships related to the implementation of activities, fostering network dynamics and cooperation, and contributing to the deployment of access to food initiatives within the project framework, such as organizing markets and experimenting with cash transfer modalities. The role also encompasses the implementation and monitoring of the project's follow-up, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes, which involves updating program monitoring tools, organizing surveys, focus groups, and user follow-ups according to the defined framework, and establishing communication and exchange supports with users. The collected data must be consolidated, and initial analyses proposed, alongside contributing to reporting, capitalization, and dissemination of project information both internally and externally. The position also requires participation in drafting reports for funders and partners, as well as archiving and capitalizing on lessons learned from the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Adjoint.e Chargé.e de Projet include:

• Participating in defining operational intervention frameworks for the 15th project.

• Contributing to reporting, capitalization, and dissemination of project information internally and externally.
• Participating in drafting reports for funders and partners.
• Archiving and capitalizing on lessons learned from the project.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the position include:

• A generalist training background in fields such as political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, or human sciences.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within social action and/or territorial development in France, particularly in combating food insecurity.
• Skills and expertise in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning applied to projects conducted in France.
• Experience in mobilization, with proven practice in facilitating engagement with diverse audiences in the French context.
• Knowledge of the Marseille territory, specifically the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th arrondissements.
• Strong organizational and rigorous work habits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with various stakeholders.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for the position includes a degree in relevant fields such as political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, or human sciences. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the complexities of project management and the socio-economic factors affecting food security and social action in France.

Experience:
The position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in the areas of social action and territorial development. Additional Notes:
The employment conditions for this position include: - Status: Employee - Fixed-term contract (CDD) - Full-time position. - Location: Marseille. - Salary: Between 34,000 and 38,000 euros gross annually over 13 months, depending on experience. - Seniority bonus after 3 years of presence at the headquarters. - Benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time). - Health coverage and insurance: 80% coverage by ACF. - Salary maintenance provisions (sick leave, maternity, paternity). - Transport allowances: 50% coverage of the commuting costs between home and workplace. - Meal vouchers (Up lunch card): 60% coverage by the association for a value of 8 euros. - Social works of the CSE (gift vouchers, reimbursement for cultural activities, etc.). - Telework: 12 days per month in person. - Field travel: Intra-PACA, with possible representation and coordination trips outside the PACA region.
