The HR & Administrative Officer has a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: supporting recruitment activities such as vacancy announcements, candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment documentation; maintaining and updating HR databases and personnel files; supporting payroll processes by collecting and verifying staff information; managing leave systems and tracking attendance; preparing HR reports and dashboards; assisting in monitoring HR KPIs; administering social security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security and medical insurance; preparing employment contracts and HR letters; supporting performance management processes; coordinating training arrangements; managing day-to-day administration of NRC offices; providing technical support to admin staff; managing office supplies and procurement processes; organizing meetings and events; and managing petty cash in accordance with organizational policies.

The position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and Administration or a related field.
