Job Overview:
The Software Developer-Analyst position is focused on providing technology support for Program Data and Analytics. This role is integral to the development, implementation, and support of IRC’s global technology tools and platforms, which are essential for organizing and analyzing data generated by various IRC products. The Software Developer-Analyst will work closely with staff across different levels and locations to analyze, develop, and enhance tools and processes that contribute to the successful rollout of technology for measurement products. Key responsibilities include data platform development, technical assistance, second-line help desk support, and establishing standards for data quality and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security. Required Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting CommCare applications and Microsoft Power BI dashboards for large and complex programs is required. Experience in public sector programming and M&E-specific technology tools is essential. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and demonstrate analytical curiosity and innovative problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team is crucial, along with the capacity to establish and maintain working relationships across all organizational levels.

- Software Development: Collaborate with CRRD MEAL and Program teams to gather and analyze requirements for measurement technology products. Support the development and rollout of organization-wide dashboard products, including Annual Statistics and Program Indicator Dashboards. Develop and enhance Power Platform applications and other low-code/no-code data platforms to support program data. Participate in designing and implementing data quality processes for technology products. Create technical documentation, including user guides and setup manuals. Maintain technology development standards and guidelines, ensuring adherence to IRC-wide policies. Provide training on developed data products to business teams and end users.
- Data Analysis: Work with stakeholders to document data analysis requirements and lead the design and development of DataMarts and multi-dimensional cubes for IRC global dashboards. Train data analysts on using BI DataMarts and multi-dimensional cubes for Power BI dashboard development. Maintain data and metadata definitions and documentation.
- Technology Support: Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for measurement technology products. Offer training and hyper-support during piloting and rollout phases. Assist in systems analysis for data engineering and architecture teams to convert business requirements into technology deliverables.
