Job Overview:
In this role, you will report to the Head of the Public Donor Audit Unit and will be responsible for coordinating all public donor audits within your portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring effective and high-quality audits for public donors, providing expertise in the relevant audit field, participating in development projects related to audits to foster an audit culture, and representing Action contre la Faim on matters related to public donor audits. You will also serve as the focal point for audit-related inquiries from directors, managers, and staff across all operational sectors of the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to managing audits and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass coordinating responses to public donor audits, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of these audits, and providing expert guidance on audit-related matters. You will be expected to identify potential risks associated with audits, implement risk analysis and evaluation techniques, and manage priorities effectively. Additionally, you will facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged in the audit process. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with public donors and ensuring that Action contre la Faim meets all compliance requirements related to audits. Your role will involve regular reporting on audit findings and recommendations to senior management, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of audit processes within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a higher education degree in finance, management, project management, auditing, or law. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, particularly in relation to public funding agencies, is required. This experience should be gained either in the field or at the headquarters of an international NGO. A solid understanding of public funding agencies and applicable audit frameworks is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and the ability to identify potential audit risks, as well as implement effective risk analysis and evaluation techniques. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to persuade and facilitate discussions are also critical for success in this role.

Educational Background:
The position requires a higher education degree in a relevant field such as finance, management, project management, auditing, or law. Experience:

• The position is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), France, with a salary range of €41,000 to €50,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time). Health coverage and other benefits include 80% coverage by Action contre la Faim, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, as well as transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs.
