Job Overview:
In this full-time, permanent role based in Shepparton, the Regional Manager will lead teams that deliver community-based early childhood and youth justice programs in the region. Reporting to the Director of VIC, SA, TAS, and NSW, the Regional Manager will be a key member of the leadership team in Victoria, responsible for creating lasting change for children. The position involves overseeing the delivery, quality assurance, evaluation, and reporting across various child, youth, and family programs, including a kindergarten. The Regional Manager will also support program teams through supervision, capability development, and performance management, while identifying and pursuing partnership and business development opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with government, community, and sector stakeholders is crucial, as is proactively managing risks related to service delivery, quality, staff wellbeing, and child safeguarding.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Regional Manager include overseeing the delivery and quality assurance of child, youth, and family programs, leading and supporting program teams through supervision and performance management, identifying and pursuing partnership and growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and managing risks related to service delivery and child safeguarding. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for developing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Required Qualifications:
