Job Overview:
The Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) will be responsible for leading and managing infrastructure projects from inception to delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex project environments and ensure successful outcomes across various sectors. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, develop project plans, and oversee the execution of projects. The position demands a high level of expertise in project management methodologies and practices, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging input and feedback from team members.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in infrastructure projects.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred and may enhance the candidate's qualifications for the role.

Experience:
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects. Experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams is essential. Proven track record of successful project delivery is highly desirable.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset and may enhance communication with diverse stakeholders.

This position is a senior-level role with a contract duration of 1 year, consisting of a maximum of 220 working days. The contract is renewable based on budget availability and performance.
