Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Director will define and communicate a strategic direction for CHAI's global TB portfolio, ensuring that the organization's priorities align with donor expectations and the evolving needs of high-burden countries. Responsibilities include scanning for shifts in TB financing and epidemiology, making strategic decisions about program focus, and developing performance management systems. The Senior Director will lead resource mobilization efforts, manage donor relationships, and ensure high-quality reporting. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, strong resource mobilization experience, and excellent project and people management abilities. Educational Background:
A relevant advanced degree in management, public health, science, or related fields is preferred. Candidates with deep expertise in tuberculosis and prior experience working with national TB programs or major global health organizations will have an advantage.
