Job Overview:
The Human Resources Intern position at WJCF, affiliated with CHAI, is designed for individuals who are motivated and detail-oriented, particularly during a period of high recruitment activity. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with talent acquisition and HR operations processes. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, HR systems, and people operations within a fast-paced development sector organization. The intern will be involved in various aspects of recruitment and HR operations, contributing to a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern's responsibilities will include supporting recruitment efforts by screening resumes against job requirements and preparing candidate shortlists. They will conduct initial outreach to candidates and coordinate interview scheduling, managing logistics such as calendar coordination with candidates and interview panels. The intern will maintain recruitment trackers to ensure accurate candidate records and support candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, the intern will assist with HR operations by supporting onboarding documentation and new hire coordination, preparing HR letters and routine documentation, and helping HR team members with ongoing projects and administrative tasks. Participation in HR team meetings and discussions, as well as undertaking other HR-related assignments as delegated by the HR team, will also be part of the role.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. A strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is also necessary for this role.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the principles of human resources and talent acquisition, as well as the operational aspects of HR functions.

Experience:
