Job Overview: The position of Asistente Técnico de ICT is crucial for supporting the daily execution of design, development, implementation, and support functions related to digital tools within the ICT unit. Specific responsibilities include assigning and tracking the resolution of cases reported through the help desk tool, providing first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, and user inquiries, and assisting in the implementation of ICT standards. The assistant will manage the ICT infrastructure, including connectivity with Internet providers, antivirus, computing equipment, and software applications. They will install and configure institutional software tools, ensure the proper operation of LAN/WAN networks, and liaise with suppliers for warranty management.
