Duties and Responsibilities: The National IT Expert will have several key responsibilities, including:
Developing comprehensive training documents, such as agendas and practical case studies, that cover essential topics like keyboard shortcuts, data consolidation, document structuring, data visualization, and workflow automation.
Facilitating the training course in Russian, which will span a total of 20 hours over the specified dates, ensuring that participants receive clear and engaging instruction.
Preparing a final report in English that summarizes the training, highlights key challenges and discussions, and provides practical recommendations for national stakeholders to enhance transport policies and investments.
Collaborating with the OSCE Centre in Ashgabat to ensure that the training aligns with the organization's goals and standards.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a university degree in IT, digitalization, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of four years of professional experience in the IT sector is required, with specific experience in delivering and facilitating training sessions considered a strong asset. Additionally, candidates should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with AI tools and office automation solutions. A strong understanding of data merging, reporting workflows, and productivity optimization tools is essential, along with knowledge of relevant international and national standards in IT and digitalization.
