Job Overview:
The position of International Consultant - Leadership Expert involves coordinating and facilitating the National Leadership Forum for Lesotho. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the International Consultant - Leadership Expert include:

• Coordinating the National Leadership Forum, ensuring that all logistical arrangements are in place.
• Facilitating discussions and workshops during the forum, promoting active participation from all stakeholders.
• Developing training materials and resources that align with the objectives of the forum.
• Conducting assessments of leadership needs within the context of Lesotho's governance challenges.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for this position include:

• A proven track record in leadership development and governance, with a strong understanding of the political and social context of Lesotho.

Educational Background:

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leadership development, governance, or related fields. Experience working in African contexts, particularly in Lesotho or similar countries, is highly desirable. Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is the working language of the forum and the UNDP. Knowledge of Sesotho or other local languages is considered an asset, as it would enhance communication with local stakeholders and participants.
