Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Logistics Technical Officer will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: ensuring adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements; implementing delegated logistics functions according to the Plan of Action; conducting daily operational logistics activities; supporting resource administration to achieve deliverables within set budgets and timelines; preparing procurement reports; developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); ensuring proper filing of support documents; promoting ideas for procurement function improvement; and performing other duties as assigned by the Line Manager. Specific responsibilities include supporting the Logistics Manager in establishing and managing Framework Agreements (FWAs) and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), ensuring compliance with procurement procedures, monitoring procurement trackers, managing warehouse operations, coordinating emergency dispatches, and maintaining operational readiness through effective logistics coordination and preparedness planning.
