Job Overview: The role of the Agent de Maîtrise involves managing the supplies and stock depletion of central stocks located in Paris and Lyon, while also providing administrative support to the Stock Manager in managing decentralized stocks. This includes overseeing the management of central stocks, handling the administrative aspects of decentralized stocks, assisting procurement officers in preparing field shipments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the service. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Agent de Maîtrise include:
Managing the central stocks located in Paris and Lyon, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
Handling the administrative management of decentralized stocks, including tracking entries and exits and valuing stocks.
Assisting procurement officers in preparing shipments for field operations, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and dispatched on time.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of stock management processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices.
Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and movements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that stock management aligns with overall organizational goals and objectives.
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to stock management and logistics.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the Agent de Maîtrise position include:
A diploma at the BTS or Bac+2 level in logistics, stock management, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both written and spoken.
A proactive and autonomous work style, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems as they arise.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a BTS or Bac+2 level qualification in logistics, stock management, purchasing, or supply chain management. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for effective stock management and logistical operations within the organization.
Experience: The position requires candidates to have relevant experience in logistics or stock management, ideally within a non-profit or humanitarian context. Experience in managing inventory systems and understanding supply chain processes will be highly beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of working effectively in a team environment and contributing to organizational goals.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication within the organization. Proficiency in English is also required, as it is essential for communication with international partners and stakeholders. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not mandatory.
Additional Notes: This position is classified as Agent de Maîtrise, Class 9, and is a full-time permanent contract (CDI). The role is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) with a salary range of €30,000 to €34,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time). Health coverage and other benefits include 80% coverage by ACF, salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave, as well as transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs. Employees also receive meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization. The organization promotes a flexible work environment, allowing for remote work from metropolitan territory, with a requirement for 16 days of in-office presence per month for collective meetings and integration into the team.
