Job Overview: The position of Agent de Maîtrise involves supporting the functioning and management of both the Expertise and Advocacy Department and the Operations Department under the supervision of the Director of Expertise and Advocacy. The role requires effective internal communication within these departments and entails monitoring and supporting the management of partnerships, project calls, and the ACF Foundation for the Expertise and Advocacy Department. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Agent de Maîtrise include: supporting the operational management of the Expertise and Advocacy Department and the Operations Department; ensuring effective internal communication within these departments; monitoring and assisting in the management of partnerships and project calls; supporting the ACF Foundation's initiatives; organizing meetings and events; coordinating the dissemination of information and documentation; maintaining confidentiality in all work-related matters; analyzing and producing summary documents; managing priorities effectively; and demonstrating negotiation skills and budget tracking capabilities.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree in executive assistance or an equivalent qualification related to the position. They should have at least two years of experience that has equipped them with skills in managing service providers/partners, organizing meetings/appointments, coordinating events, and managing documentation and its dissemination. Proficiency in written standards, including good spelling, proper presentation of correspondence, administrative vocabulary, and graphic chain, is essential. The candidate should also be creative, attentive, proactive, and capable of adapting quickly to changing tasks and themes.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in executive assistance or a related field is required for this position. This educational background should provide the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for effective support in administrative and operational functions within the organization.
Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. This experience should include skills in managing partnerships, organizing meetings and events, and coordinating documentation processes. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of effective communication and organizational skills in a professional setting.
Languages: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for this position. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not explicitly required.
Additional Notes: The position is classified as Agent de Maîtrise, Class 8, and is a full-time permanent contract (CDI). The start date is as soon as possible. The role is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), with a salary range of €34,000 to €41,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a seniority bonus after three years of service, 25 days of annual leave, 21 days of RTT, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the association, and access to social works of the CSE.
