Job Overview:
The position of IT coordinator" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Support Coordinator involves overseeing a team of five individuals under the supervision of the Director of Production Operations. The primary responsibilities include ensuring user support, identifying, analyzing, and resolving IT incidents, as well as training and supporting new employees. The role also encompasses managing the IT inventory, planning deployments and renewals, installing and configuring new equipment, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all devices such as computers and printers. Additionally, the coordinator will participate in IT projects, actively contribute to the deployment of new tools, and support continuous process improvement. The role requires effective management of a team consisting of one support officer and three IT assistants (interns and apprentices).

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure user support and assistance for IT-related issues.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve IT incidents efficiently.
  • Train and support new employees in IT systems and tools.
  • Manage the IT inventory and stock effectively.
  • Plan and oversee the deployment and renewal of IT equipment.
  • Install and configure new devices and systems.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all IT equipment, including computers and printers.
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to the deployment of new tools.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a degree in computer science and have solid experience in IT administration and user support. Proficiency in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and office tools is essential. The role requires a high degree of technical expertise, including access to management interfaces (SCCM), user management (Office365, Active Directory), video conferencing rooms (Poly, Barco), and security systems (Bitdefender). Ideal candidates should have prior experience in team management and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a strong inclination for teamwork, and recognized qualities of rigor, synthesis, and listening. A service-oriented, proactive, organized approach with effective priority management is crucial.

Educational Background:
A degree in computer science or a related field is required for this position. Candidates should have a strong foundation in IT principles and practices, particularly in user support and IT administration.

Experience:
The position requires a solid level of experience in IT administration and user support, ideally with a background in managing IT teams. Candidates should have hands-on experience with various IT systems and tools, demonstrating their ability to handle technical challenges effectively.

Languages:
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory due to the international working environment. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not required.

Additional Notes:
This is a full-time, permanent position classified as a managerial role. The job is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), France. The salary ranges from €41,000 to €50,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with a seniority bonus after three years of service at the headquarters. Employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave and 21 RTT days. Health coverage and maternity/paternity leave are supported at 80% by Action contre la Faim. Transportation costs are partially reimbursed, and meal vouchers are provided. Remote work is permitted from metropolitan territory, with a requirement for three days of on-site presence per week for collective meetings and events, as well as two mandatory days during team integration.
