Job Overview:
The position of Responsable Recrutement et Mobilité involves overseeing recruitment and facilitating the mobility of employees within one or more professional sectors. The role is supervised by the Head of Recruitment and Mobility. The primary functions include gathering HR needs related to recruitment and mobility, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of recruitment actions, and coordinating the performance evaluations for both headquarters and field staff. The role also emphasizes the importance of following up on employee career paths and mobility, as well as addressing HR alerts for expatriate employees. This position is crucial for maintaining a skilled and adaptable workforce within the organization, ensuring that the right talent is in place to meet the evolving needs of Action contre la Faim.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze HR needs for recruitment and mobility within the designated professional sectors.
  • Lead the anticipation of individual and collective needs for the respective sectors.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and quality of recruitment actions and processes for employees in the designated sectors.
  • Monitor and coordinate the execution of performance and competency evaluations for both headquarters and field personnel.
  • Promote and ensure the follow-up of employee career paths and mobility within the organization.
  • Address and manage HR alerts for expatriate employees, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance recruitment strategies and employee integration processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related communications and actions.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work methods, demonstrating flexibility and proactivity in a dynamic work environment.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a higher education degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as work psychology, law, or humanitarian studies. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in recruitment and/or career management is required. Experience within an international humanitarian organization similar to Action contre la Faim is considered an asset. Proficiency in recruitment tools, particularly 2.0 tools such as LinkedIn and social media platforms, is essential. Familiarity with Talentsoft is also required. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate should have a higher education degree in Human Resources or a related field. Relevant fields of study may include psychology, law, or humanitarian work. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of recruitment and employee mobility within a humanitarian context.

Experience:
The position requires at least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment and/or career management. Experience in a similar role within an international humanitarian organization is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insights into the unique challenges and requirements of the sector.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is also required, as it is essential for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not mandatory.

  • It is a full-time role based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from 37,000 to 44,000 euros gross annually, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, 21 RTT days, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave, transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization. The position allows for remote work, with no mandatory in-person presence except for collective meetings and integration days.
