The position of Consultant(e) national(e) en communication involves supporting the development and implementation of a coherent national communication system for early warning systems (EWS) in Djibouti. - Coordinating with institutional and community actors to ensure effective communication of alerts.

- Continuous professional development in communication strategies and community engagement practices is highly desirable.
Experience:
Candidates should have a significant level of experience, including:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in communication, preferably in the context of development or humanitarian work.
- Experience working with international organizations, government agencies, or NGOs in Djibouti or similar contexts.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing communication strategies that engage communities and stakeholders effectively.
Languages:
Proficiency in languages is crucial for this role, including:
- Mandatory fluency in French, as it is the primary language of communication in Djibouti.
