Job Overview: The position of Alternant·e en Relation Donateurs involves providing support in the deployment of the donor relationship strategy. The candidate will assist the entire Donor Relations team in implementing this strategy and contribute to the daily management of donor relationships. This includes managing the donation entry service provider, monitoring the processing of the association's fundraising, organizing and participating in regular meetings with the data entry provider, coordinating exchanges with internal contributors, and communicating with various departments involved in donation processing, such as the Marketing department. The role also entails managing service providers that support donor relations, assisting in the oversight of the routing service (processing tax receipts), and tracking the performance of call and email relay services. The candidate will contribute to managing and archiving exchanges with donors and work closely with the donor relations support officer. Additionally, the role includes improving practices within the Donor Relations department by ensuring compliance with procedures, optimizing management and tracking practices for donations, and proposing areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will also participate in creating and updating administrative tools and support materials for donors, such as FAQs, questionnaires, and letters, and contribute to debriefing expatriates to gather testimonials and enrich responses to donors. Furthermore, the candidate will conduct research on new tools and practices in donor relations, participate in internal and external benchmarks, and contribute to the reflection on the evolution and innovation of donor relations practices.

The candidate must demonstrate initiative and autonomy, be comfortable managing multiple activities simultaneously, and be appreciated for their organizational skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel with advanced functions, PowerPoint) is essential, along with a comfort level with numerical data. A strong sensitivity to solidarity actions and volunteer engagement is a significant asset for this position.
Educational Background: Candidates should be enrolled in a higher education program, specifically a BTS or IUT in fields related to commercial techniques, sales administration, or marketing. Additional Notes: The position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract for a duration of 12 months. The work location is in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), with a desired rhythm of two weeks on and one week off. Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of education, spread over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) and 25 days of paid leave, prorated based on presence. Health coverage and insurance are provided, with 80% covered by Action contre la Faim. Transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% for the commute between home and work. Meal vouchers are partially covered by the organization (60% of an 8-euro value). Additionally, employees receive 170 euros per year for social works and discounts on cinema tickets. The organization supports remote work, allowing employees to choose to work fully or partially from home, with a requirement of four days per month at the headquarters for meetings and collective events. The first six weeks will require two days of presence per week for team integration. The role may involve prolonged sitting, oral communication, and screen work.
