The position of International Evaluation Expert is crucial for conducting the final evaluation of the Creative Industries Kosovo (CI) Project. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a thorough evaluation of the Creative Industries Kosovo (CI) Project, focusing on its objectives, outcomes, and overall impact.
  • Review project documentation, including proposals, progress reports, and financial statements.
  • Develop an evaluation framework and methodology tailored to the project's specific context and goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including project beneficiaries, local partners, and government officials, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Analyze data collected through various methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Prepare a detailed evaluation report that includes findings, conclusions, and recommendations for future projects.
  • Present evaluation results to UNDP and other stakeholders, facilitating discussions on lessons learned and best practices.
  • Ensure that the evaluation process adheres to ethical standards and respects the confidentiality of participants.
  • Provide guidance and support to UNDP staff on evaluation practices and methodologies as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in social sciences, evaluation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conducting evaluations, particularly in the context of development projects.

  • Familiarity with the creative industries sector and its challenges in Kosovo or similar contexts.

Educational Background:

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in evaluation, particularly in the context of international development projects.
