Job Overview: The position of Chef·fe de Projet Système Comptable Terrain (SYSTER) involves overseeing the implementation of an accounting software that meets the functional needs and legal obligations of Action contre la Faim's intervention countries. Reporting to the Finance Service Manager, the role requires planning and managing the SYSTER project in coordination with ongoing projects and all involved stakeholders. The successful candidate will analyze functional and technical needs, supervise the selection and implementation of the solution, and plan change management actions. Additionally, the role includes assessing the impact of changes on users in country offices, regions, and headquarters, ensuring that the software aligns with the operational requirements of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Chef·fe de Projet will be responsible for several key duties, including:
Planning and managing the SYSTER project, ensuring alignment with other ongoing projects and stakeholder engagement.
Conducting thorough analyses of functional and technical requirements for the accounting software.
Overseeing the selection process for the software solution, ensuring it meets the organization's needs.
Implementing change management strategies to facilitate the transition to the new system.
Evaluating the impact of the software changes on users across various levels of the organization, including country offices and headquarters.
Collaborating with finance teams to ensure the software meets all legal and operational requirements.
Providing training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the new system.
Reporting on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess experience as a Project Manager, particularly in finance-related roles within the NGO sector. Additional Notes: This is a full-time position classified as a Cadre Intégré, with a fixed-term contract of 18 months. The role is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), France, with a salary range of €46,000 to €55,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave and 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time).
