Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or be a graduate in education, psychology, or philosophy with a specialization in pedagogy. Additionally, it is desirable for candidates to have knowledge of media literacy and/or artificial intelligence fundamentals. The role requires a strong understanding of educational methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively in a classroom setting. Candidates should also demonstrate a commitment to improving educational outcomes and fostering a positive learning environment.
Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or philosophy, with a specialization in pedagogy. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the complexities of teaching and learning processes, as well as for developing effective educational materials and strategies.
Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in either the public or private sector, with at least three years of experience working in public or private entities focused on teacher training, learning assessment, curriculum design, or pedagogical monitoring. Additionally, candidates should have at least one year of experience as a classroom teacher in basic education, preferably in public secondary educational institutions. Experience in instructional coaching, problem-based learning, and facilitating learning circles or dialogue spaces for sharing best practices is highly desirable.
Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for this position, as the role involves working within the educational context of Peru. Knowledge of English or other languages may be considered an asset, particularly for accessing international resources and collaborating with global educational initiatives.
