Job Overview: The Registration Associate position is integral to the UNHCR's urban program in Algeria, specifically within the Registration team. The incumbent will identify individuals with specific needs and ensure timely referrals for protection follow-up. Responsibilities also include drafting correspondence and reports related to registration activities, providing statistics and data reports as requested, and assisting in the implementation of registration strategies. The Registration Associate will coordinate closely with other teams to align operations and ensure strict identity integrity controls during registration. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a High School Diploma with at least three years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience. Essential qualifications include a minimum of three years of professional experience in registration, identity management, or client-facing protection functions. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and apply protection-sensitive triage. Experience in accurate data entry and working with case management systems is also required.
