The role requires collaboration with various business departments, the AI Division, and AI Groups to ensure a coherent and institutionally aligned approach to AI adoption. The officer will develop and execute a unified adoption strategy, coordinate training and user enablement activities, and measure the value and impact of AI adoption across the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that the IMF can leverage AI technologies to enhance its operational effectiveness and modernize its workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Contractual Senior Change Management Officer (AI Adoption) include leading the adoption and change management activities for the AI Capital Program. This involves serving as the main point of contact for all adoption-related initiatives, ensuring that new AI tools and capabilities are successfully introduced and understood throughout the organization. The officer will develop a comprehensive adoption strategy that aligns various workstreams, communications, training, and governance to create a seamless AI transformation experience. Additionally, the officer will coordinate closely with technical teams and departmental stakeholders to manage the impacts and readiness for institution-wide AI adoption. The role also includes developing clear and timely communications regarding AI program activities, aligning training with change needs, and ensuring a consistent institutional experience for staff during the rollout of AI tools. The officer will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess AI program adoption and productivity outcomes, producing executive-ready analyses and insights for senior management. Furthermore, the officer will implement feedback loops to continuously improve the adoption process.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Contractual Senior Change Management Officer (AI Adoption) position must possess strong experience in leading change management for large technology programs, particularly those involving artificial intelligence. They should have a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, engaging senior leaders, business departments, technical teams, and governance bodies in a coordinated manner. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in designing and delivering clear communications for major technology rollouts, including change announcements and user guidance. Hands-on experience in managing organizational readiness, assessing impacts, and preparing departments for new tools and workflows is essential. Additionally, candidates should have experience coordinating training and user enablement activities, ensuring that training aligns with user needs and change impacts.
