Duties and Responsibilities: The Online Volunteers will have several key responsibilities, including:
Sharing approved campaign materials such as graphics, flyers, videos, captions, and key messages on their personal social media platforms to promote IVY 2026 and the DSDW Platform.
Encouraging peers, networks, and organizations to submit their volunteering activities through LINE or a Google Form.
Maintaining an expected posting frequency of approximately 2-3 posts per week to ensure consistent outreach.
Tracking and reporting basic engagement metrics, including likes, shares, comments, and clicks, on a weekly basis using a shared Google Sheet.
Adhering to all posting, reporting, and branding guidelines provided by the Office of the National Commission on Social Welfare Promotion and UNV.
Participating in a mandatory online orientation session at the start of their assignment to familiarize themselves with the campaign objectives and expectations. All necessary campaign materials, posting templates, visual assets, guidance notes, and reporting tools will be provided to the volunteers.
