Job Overview:
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating procurement activities at the Country Office level, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements. This role involves overseeing procurement planning, documentation management, vendor coordination, and contract compliance to guarantee timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Coordinator will supervise logistics staff, support capacity building of partners and program teams, and ensure accurate reporting and audit-ready filing systems. The position requires close coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability across procurement processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Procurement Coordinator will implement the organization's systems and procedures at the Country Office, ensuring adherence to policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting reports and analyses to the Logistics Manager, managing the logistics team, and developing administrative systems and procedures. The role also focuses on anti-corruption, transparency, and cost efficiency in all procurement processes. Specific duties include leading and monitoring procurement activities, reviewing contracts and purchase orders for compliance, maintaining procurement archives for audit purposes, developing project procurement plans, and submitting monthly logistics KPIs reports. The Coordinator will coordinate with other divisions to ensure smooth procurement processes, support logistics training, supervise documentation for bid committee meetings, and develop a usable vendor list in accordance with organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience working as a Logistic Coordinator or senior officer, preferably in a humanitarian or recovery context. They should have documented results related to the position's responsibilities, experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing, and knowledge of market analysis tools and approaches. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Additionally, candidates should possess knowledge of the context of Iran regarding procurement and experience in developing internal processes, which is considered an asset.

Educational Background:
A relevant educational background is required, typically including a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in procurement or logistics management may be advantageous and enhance a candidate's qualifications for this position.

Experience:
Candidates should have a proven track record of experience in logistics coordination, particularly in complex and volatile contexts. Experience in humanitarian settings is highly desirable, as is familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to procurement and logistics operations.

Languages:
