Job Overview: The primary function of the English Language Proficiency Trainer is to enhance the English language skills of participants to improve their professional and organizational effectiveness in a multidisciplinary environment. The trainer will also engage participants in leadership role plays to practice assertive communication, active listening, and decision-making in English. Analyzing leadership speeches and providing constructive feedback will also be a key component of this role, aimed at identifying strengths and areas for improvement in communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver structured presentations on various professional topics, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness in communication.
Conduct leadership role plays to simulate real-life scenarios, focusing on assertive communication and decision-making skills.
Guide participants in writing professional documents, including emails, reports, and speeches, emphasizing tone, vocabulary, and coherence.
Analyze leadership speeches and situations, providing constructive feedback to participants to enhance their communication skills.
Facilitate discussions and workshops to promote active listening and effective communication strategies.
Assess participants' progress and adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in teaching or training English language skills, particularly in a professional context.
Strong understanding of effective communication strategies and techniques.
Ability to engage participants in interactive and practical learning experiences.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Familiarity with leadership concepts and the ability to simulate real-life scenarios effectively.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field is required. A master's degree or additional certifications in language teaching or communication would be an advantage.
