This report is intended for a diverse audience, including partners and national counterparts, and will also be published online. The report must be visually appealing, colorful, and easy to read, ensuring that it effectively communicates the successes and initiatives of UNDP Djibouti. The Online Volunteer will work under the guidance of the Coordination and Partnership Specialist, contributing to the design process and ensuring that the final product aligns with corporate design guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Online Volunteer will be responsible for several key tasks, including:
Creating a draft design based on the requirements and information provided by the UNDP team.
Engaging in discussions with the focal point and communications team to refine the design concept.
Developing the final design according to the agreed-upon requirements, incorporating feedback and suggestions from the team.
Ensuring that the design adheres to UNDP's corporate design guidelines, which will be provided to the volunteer.
Collaborating with the communications team to ensure that the report effectively highlights the achievements of UNDP Djibouti.
