Job Overview:
The position of Online Volunteer for Graphic Design is aimed at enhancing the visibility of the UNDP Djibouti country office by producing a high-quality annual report that showcases its results and achievements for the year 202

• This report is intended for a diverse audience, including partners and national counterparts, and will also be published online. The report must be visually appealing, colorful, and easy to read, ensuring that it effectively communicates the successes and initiatives of UNDP Djibouti. The Online Volunteer will work under the guidance of the Coordination and Partnership Specialist, contributing to the design process and ensuring that the final product aligns with corporate design guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Online Volunteer will be responsible for several key tasks, including:

• Creating a draft design based on the requirements and information provided by the UNDP team.
• Engaging in discussions with the focal point and communications team to refine the design concept.
• Developing the final design according to the agreed-upon requirements, incorporating feedback and suggestions from the team.
• Ensuring that the design adheres to UNDP's corporate design guidelines, which will be provided to the volunteer.
• Collaborating with the communications team to ensure that the report effectively highlights the achievements of UNDP Djibouti.
• Delivering a visually appealing and professionally designed annual report that meets the expectations of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in graphic design, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
