Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be tasked with several key responsibilities, including:
Providing accurate information regarding different types of visas and migration programs to clients.
Assisting in the completion of visa application forms and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
Reviewing visa applications and other related documents for completeness and accuracy.
Conducting quality control processes to ensure high standards are maintained in service delivery.
Drafting reports on the progress of applications and other relevant activities.
Managing personal and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Performing biometrics enrollments as part of the visa application process.
Coordinating with the IOM security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security officer on security-related issues.
Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the CVAC Team Leader to support the team’s objectives.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in humanities, administration, international relations, or related fields.
