Duties and Responsibilities: The National Consultant will have several key responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Conducting a comprehensive review of project documentation and relevant literature to understand the context and objectives of the political stabilization project.
Designing and implementing a robust evaluation framework that includes qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection.
Engaging with various stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, and community leaders, to gather insights and perspectives on the project's impact.
Analyzing data collected from interviews, surveys, and focus groups to assess the effectiveness of the project's interventions.
Preparing a detailed evaluation report that outlines findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for future projects.
Presenting the evaluation findings to UNDP and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Ensuring that the evaluation process adheres to ethical standards and respects the confidentiality of participants.
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
