Duties and Responsibilities:
Create draft designs/products that cater to various audiences, including the general public, donors, partners, and stakeholders, while adhering to UNICEF branding guidelines.
Develop initial design drafts based on UNICEF's requirements and engage in discussions with the communications team to ensure alignment.
Revise designs based on feedback from UNICEF staff, ensuring that all necessary adjustments are made to meet expectations.
Finalize designs according to agreed-upon requirements, ensuring that all materials are consistent with UNICEF's corporate design guidelines.
Collaborate with the Communication Officer and Associate to ensure that all designs effectively communicate UNICEF's mission and objectives.
Required Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong design skills, with proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). A good understanding of branding and communication strategies is essential. Volunteers should be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail. Previous experience in design for non-profit organizations or similar fields is an advantage, as is familiarity with UNICEF's mission and values.
