Job Overview: The Human ResourcesCoordinator plays a crucial role in the Human Resources department, reporting directly to the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Country Director. This position encompasses a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, induction and onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and staff care.
