Job Overview: The Partnerships Resource Mobilization (PRM)/Communication and Advocacy Specialist is responsible for developing and strengthening public and private partnerships, mobilizing resources, and implementing advocacy and communication strategies to promote children's rights and UNICEF's mandate. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of the Business for Results strategy, aimed at achieving key results for children. Duties and Responsibilities: The specialist will provide guidance to the Country Management Team on resource mobilization opportunities, prepare fundraising strategies, and support donor relations activities. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing the understanding of potential and existing donors, seeking new multi-sectoral partnerships, and contributing to the development of communication products to enhance UNICEF's visibility.
