The incumbent will supervise and monitor the work of assigned staff, providing technical guidance and continuous feedback to ensure program objectives are met and capacity development within the team. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience contributing to program implementation. Experience working with technical teams in areas such as nutrition, vulnerability analysis, and mapping (VAM) is highly desirable. The role requires a strong understanding of program management and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Candidates should demonstrate initiative and responsibility in their work, with a proven track record of managing resources and leading teams effectively.
Educational Background: The minimum educational requirement for this position is the completion of secondary education. Candidates should have a post-secondary education certificate in a relevant functional area. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate has the foundational knowledge necessary for the role.
Experience: The position requires at least 6 years of relevant experience in program implementation.
