The International Organization for Migration (IOM) works in
over 100 countries around the world. This includes countries in Africa, Asia,
Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
IOM has a global presence and operates through a network of
over 400 offices, field locations, and partnerships with government,
non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other stakeholders. IOM's activities
in different countries vary depending on the needs and priorities of the host
country and may include activities such as providing emergency assistance,
facilitating voluntary return and reintegration, promoting migrant rights and
protection, and supporting government efforts to manage migration.
IOM's global presence and broad range of activities reflect
their commitment to supporting safe, regular, and orderly migration and to
ensuring the well-being of migrants and displaced persons around the world.
