Duties and Responsibilities:

The Director will build partnerships both externally and internally, network with key donors and volunteers, and collaborate with staff to enhance the volunteer network and increase mission impact. Organizing local donor cultivation events and managing event logistics are also key responsibilities, along with cultivating donor relationships to boost engagement and giving.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or related fields. A university or college degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates should be able to lift and move large objects and possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
