The Senior Reporting Analyst will be tasked with several key responsibilities, including: developing and analyzing reports to support decision-making and goal tracking; designing, maintaining, and enhancing Tableau dashboards; leading coordination calls with internal stakeholders and Business Technology teams; ensuring accurate data structuring and storage in the CRM for effective reporting; translating business needs into actionable data solutions; providing data insights for ad-hoc initiatives; analyzing and summarizing performance data related to organizational goals; and tracking historical data to identify trends for future planning. This role requires a proactive approach to data management and a commitment to delivering high-quality reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with five years of experience in data and reporting analytics. Additionally, three years of experience in Tableau is required, with a solid understanding of its fundamentals, including filters, parameters, dashboard actions, and basic calculations. Familiarity with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Candidates should also have basic knowledge of integrating and verifying data from various sources, such as CRM systems, Excel, and Smartsheet, as well as an interest in SQL. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also necessary for success in this role.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position, or equivalent work experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. The educational background should ideally include coursework or training related to data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field that supports the analytical functions of the position.
