Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with job seekers to assess their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
• Develop personalized action plans for clients to enhance their employability.
• Organize and facilitate workshops on job search techniques, resume writing, and interview skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor market trends and job opportunities.
• Collaborate with local businesses to identify job openings and internship opportunities for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to track their progress and adjust action plans as necessary.
• Create and distribute informational materials related to job search resources and employment opportunities.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote the organization’s services and engage with potential clients.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Experience:
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in career counseling, workforce development, or a related field. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the challenges faced by job seekers is essential.

Languages:
