Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Sourcer will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, managing full-cycle recruiting for positions across the multi-state Southwest and Southeast regions. This role is part of a larger recruiting team and requires expertise in sourcing techniques and technology. The recruiter will balance responsibilities between full-cycle recruiting and providing sourcing support for challenging positions. The position is flexible, allowing for home-based work, particularly in the Southeast or Southwestern states, which aligns with the areas supported by this role. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to advance the AHA's mission. Key responsibilities include managing the full life-cycle recruitment process from job posting to candidate offer, which encompasses sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting personality assessments and video interviews. The recruiter will utilize behavioral-based interview techniques and recommend candidates to hiring managers while also conducting compensation equity reviews on offers. Additionally, the recruiter will actively source passive candidates through innovative approaches, complete the hiring process efficiently to minimize time-to-start, and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. The recruiter will also participate in ongoing HR projects focused on talent attraction and acquisition.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and sourcing techniques. Hands-on experience with recruitment software programs is essential, as is a proven track record of developing and executing sourcing strategies for competitive positions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally. An entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and accountability is expected. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools, as well as social media, is required. The ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed and matrixed environment is also crucial.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, but candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills in recruitment and sourcing.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in recruitment and sourcing, with a strong background in utilizing various sourcing techniques and technologies.
