The Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Sourcer position is a critical role within the AHA's recruiting team, which consists of over 14 members. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for positions across the multi-state Southwest and Southeast regions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, and utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to attract top talent. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and sourcing techniques. They should have hands-on experience with recruitment software and a proven track record of developing sourcing strategies for competitive positions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed environment. Candidates should also demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach, high initiative, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various sourcing platforms.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, although equivalent experience may be considered. The educational background should ideally include coursework or training related to human resources, business administration, or a related field that supports the skills necessary for effective recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience in recruitment and sourcing. This experience should include a demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sourcing strategies, as well as familiarity with various recruitment software programs and tools. Experience in cold calling or similar business development activities is also beneficial, as it indicates the ability to engage with potential candidates proactively.
Languages:
