Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Sourcer will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for positions across the multi-state Southwest and Southeast regions. This role is part of a larger recruiting team and will involve a combination of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing support for challenging positions. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and sourcing techniques. They should have hands-on experience with recruitment software and a proven track record of developing sourcing strategies for competitive positions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is an entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing applications is required, along with the ability to work effectively in a distributed, matrixed environment.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, or equivalent experience in a related field. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge necessary for effective recruitment and sourcing in a competitive job market.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience in recruitment and sourcing. This experience should include a demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sourcing strategies, as well as familiarity with various recruitment software programs and techniques.
Languages:
