Duties and Responsibilities: The Grants Coordinator will have a range of responsibilities, including adherence to NRC policies and guidelines, maintaining an overview of all grants and donor requirements, supporting the development of donor applications and reports, and ensuring compliance with donor regulations. The role also involves supervising the Project Implementation Agreements (PIA) process with local partners, contributing to the Project Cycle Management procedures, and promoting Safe and Inclusive Programming Minimum Standards. Specific duties include organizing proposal planning meetings, coordinating the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring timely Grant Opening Meetings, managing internal and external reporting requirements, and providing training and capacity building for field staff on grants management and donor compliance.
