Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Digital and DRTV Fundraising Data Analyst include supporting the consolidation and development of fundraising and KPI data, creating dashboards and custom reports for marketing optimization, and providing in-depth analysis reports on media and content performance. The analyst will also assist in planning, developing, and executing fundraising strategies based on data insights. Additionally, the role involves building data tracking infrastructure, managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and troubleshooting issues. The analyst will maintain local campaign servers and donation landing pages, manage partnerships with media agencies and suppliers, and perform various administrative tasks related to procurement and vendor management.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or a university degree in marketing, advertising, or communication. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required for those with a high school diploma, or 1 year for those with a bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in digital marketing is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked as web service planners, digital data analysts, or project managers in online platforms or media. Key competencies include establishing digital marketing platforms, fundraising experience, knowledge of Google Analytics and other tracking tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English are mandatory, along with a genuine interest in humanitarian activities and international organizations.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a completion of a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a university degree in relevant fields such as marketing, advertising, or communication.
