Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include being an actively enrolled graduate student in business, marketing, or communications, although students from other fields are encouraged to apply. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing, research, and analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Candidates should also align with WWF's core values and demonstrate courage, integrity, respect, and collaboration in their work.
Educational Background:
Candidates must be pursuing a graduate program in business, marketing, or communications. Those studying outside these areas are still highly encouraged to apply. It is important that candidates have not yet received their degree by the internship start date of June 16, 2025.
Experience:
While specific professional experience is not required, candidates with experience or interest in nonprofit marketing and/or fundraising are preferred. Coursework in data analysis, such as statistics, is also beneficial but not mandatory.

- Research best practices and industry trends related to donor retention.
- A/B test various tactics aimed at upgrading sustaining gift amounts.
- Develop strategies for using incentives and new benefits to foster donor loyalty.
- Personalize and segment marketing language to effectively target different donor types.
- Provide support to the Digital Fundraising and Stewardship Team in their initiatives.
