Job Overview:

Additionally, the role involves managing incoming tickets and defects, performing preliminary debugging, triaging issues, and communicating updates to customers. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development. Proficiency in technologies such as React, Ionic React, Nest.js, and Typescript is essential. Experience with ticketing systems for troubleshooting web application defects and debugging using in-browser tools is required. Familiarity with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS)/Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools is also necessary. Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities are critical for success in this role.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position. Equivalent experience may also be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
