Experience with ticketing systems, troubleshooting web application defects, and debugging using in-browser tools is also necessary. Familiarity with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS)/Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools is expected. - Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using technologies such as React, Ionic React, Nest.js, and Typescript. Familiarity with Microsoft .NET framework/core and Web API is considered a plus.
- Developing software artifacts based on detailed requirements, solution architecture, application architecture, and established development standards.
- Conducting thorough testing of developed software during unit and integrated testing cycles, and supporting user acceptance testing while addressing any defects that arise.
- Managing incoming tickets and defects, which includes preliminary debugging, triaging issues, escalating as necessary, and communicating updates to customers regarding the status of their tickets.
- Supporting the clarification and refinement of business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Providing accurate estimations based on requirements and functional specifications to aid in project planning.
- Offering coordination, production, and project support to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
