Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, particularly in sales, marketing, nutrition, or grocery retail, is essential. The candidate should also have a strong background in marketing agency experience focused on food/nutrition or healthy lifestyle portfolios, as well as a proven track record of building business cases and analyzing market trends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Health, or a related field is required for this position. Candidates with equivalent work experience may also be considered.
