Job Overview:
The Vice President Development position is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and implementing fundraising campaigns in Denver, Colorado. Duties and Responsibilities:

The VP will lead a team of four direct reports, ensuring accountability and support for ambitious fundraising goals. The role also involves identifying and engaging medical and non-medical volunteer partners, cultivating a network of volunteer partnerships, and providing resources to achieve campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Vice President Development position must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a development role within a non-profit organization is required, along with at least three years of management experience, preferably with development or fundraising staff.
