Job Overview: The position of Online Volunteer for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Support involves assisting UNFPA in the implementation of the CPD6 program, which is crucial for aligning interventions with the organization's goals. The volunteer will work under the direct supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and will be responsible for developing robust monitoring and evaluation plans, ensuring quality assurance of produced documents, and participating in data collection and analysis. Duties and Responsibilities: The Online Volunteer will undertake several key responsibilities, including:
Participating in the planning of CPD6 and ensuring the quality of produced documents such as RRP and PTA for implementation partners.
Discussing and developing the monitoring and evaluation system and plan for the CPD6 program and ongoing projects.
Preparing offline reporting templates for implementation partners and ensuring their transmission to relevant stakeholders.
Monitoring, collecting, verifying, and compiling data on achievements and results, including WPR and UNFPA execution reports.
Updating and maintaining the situation room database accordingly.
Preparing and submitting progress reports on monitoring and evaluation activities. These responsibilities require a proactive approach and a commitment to supporting UNFPA's mission.
Required Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in data collection and analysis methods is essential, along with experience in monitoring and evaluation processes.
