Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional HR certification (such as SHRM or CIPD) is preferred and may enhance the candidate's qualifications for the role.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience working in a non-profit or humanitarian organization is highly desirable, as is experience in an expatriate context.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication in Niger. Proficiency in English is highly desirable and will be considered an asset, especially for communication with international staff and stakeholders.
